All Exchanges & Returns are allowed one time only within the category of style you have purchased! You must notify us within 24-48 hours for RMA#. Any box(s) without RMA# will be sent back to sender at your cost. After receiving the RMA # it has to post mark the following business day and must be received within 14th business day from that date!

For any items lost or not received in the mail, PLEASE NOTIFY us within 5 business days after receiving the tracking information to your email! You should receive the package within five days after the receipt of our email notification. Notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org .

PROCEDURES FOR EXCHANGES:
As stated above, you must email us within 48 hours after you have received your package if you would like to make an exchange. There will be no restocking fee. Make sure that the item you are exchanging is in its original condition, with the original tag and wrappings. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the shipping cost which will occur during the exchange.
PROCEDURES FOR RETURNS:
Please contact us via email within 48 hours after you have received your package if you would like to return your item. Make sure that the item you are returning is in its original condition, with the original tag and wrappings. We will send you a RMA # for returning an item(s) via email. Then it is REQUIRED that we receive the returning package within the 14 business days counting from the date we have sent you the RMA#. If for any reason we do not receive the package within 10 business days after we have sent you the RMA #, WE WILL SEND THE PACKAGE BACK TO THE SENDER AND MARK AS FINAL SALE.
All returns will be refunded in the form of the payment you have used less the shipping plus 10% restocking fee
Free shipping is awarded under the condition of purchase and keeping the product.
We advise that you ship all items via insured mail. This is to protect you from the possibility of loss during shipping. All returned item(s) are thoroughly inspected for any signs of being worn, including smoke/food odor and pet hair! If inspection FAILS it will be sent back to the sender (customer) at the customer's expense and the transaction will be deemed FINAL SALE.
All items could be exchanged 1 time as courtesy in same style and cannot be return except for flower girl dress(s).
SALE ITEMS are NON-REFUNDABLE, but may only be exchanged if that item is in stock. ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
